Cajamarca is a region in the Northern Andes of Perú. The province of San Miguel de Pallaques is the initial thread that wove the entire story of SIQUICHA. This is where our brand began.

The art of back-strap loom weaving, known as qallwa weaving in San Miguel, was declared Cultural Heritage of the Nation by Peru's Ministry of Culture in 2019*, recognizing the knowledge and techniques passed down through generations of women. We honor this craft by working directly with the artisans to create fabrics that are transformed into formal dresses.
