All SIQUICHA pieces are made by local artisans and shipped directly from Peru to your door. We ship domestically within Peru and to 27 countries internationally.

Order Types & Lead Times

Before your order ships, please note the following production timelines:

In Stock: Items marked In Stock ship within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.

Pre-Order: Items marked Pre-Order require approximately 8 weeks of production time before they are ready to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your DHL tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If you require your piece by a specific date, please contact us at hello@siquicha.com before placing your order so we can advise on feasibility.

International Shipping

Carrier & Rate

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express at a flat rate of $25 USD, regardless of destination or order size.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The following timeframes apply after your order has been dispatched from Peru. They do not include production time for pre-order items.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

All international orders include full DHL tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time at dhl.com.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

SIQUICHA ships internationally from Peru. Depending on your country's import regulations, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in the product price or the $25 shipping fee and are collected directly by DHL or your local customs office.

SIQUICHA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping (Peru)

Orders shipping within Peru are fulfilled via Shalom. Delivery timeframes and rates for domestic orders will be calculated at checkout. For questions about domestic delivery, please contact us at hello@siquicha.com.

If your country is not listed above, we are not currently able to fulfill orders to your location. Please contact us at hello@siquicha.com to express your interest — we are always working to expand our shipping destinations.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or if your tracking shows a delivery that you did not receive, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@siquicha.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with DHL to investigate and find a fair resolution.

Please note that SIQUICHA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control.
