Cancellation policy

SIQUICHA operates with a limited inventory in order to maximize the sustainability of its production with artisans. When you purchase an in stock item, we will collect a payment at checkout to receive your order and it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. All sales are final. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect a payment at checkout to receive your order.

Pre-orders are personally assigned to artisans and cannot be reversed once weaving begins. For this reasons, all pre-orders are not cancellable. 

Custom Orders
We occasionally create custom and made-to-measure pieces for our customers. These orders require approximately 15-20 weeks of production time. If you are interested in working directly with our founder to purchase a design from our catalog tailored to your measurements or create a new design to your liking, contact us at hello@siquicha.com.

Please note that all designs created by SIQUICHA are owned by the business and reserve the right to sell as catalog pieces, despite being made as a custom order.
