Mission Statement

Born from the two years that our founder, Jimena, lived among the artisan women of San Miguel de Pallaques in Perú as a Peace Corps volunteer, SIQUICHA is an artisanal brand rooted in her inspiration and responsibility to preserve the ancient art of qallwa weaving.

Our mission is to be a tether: bridging a 5,000-year-old craft to the future of fashion through the stories of its makers.

We dream of a world in which we can all be ‘siquichadas’—consciously bound to the loom that wove these stories.
